- nyalakan komputer
- tahan tombol shift >> lalu pilih menu restart
- hingga masuk ke menu Troubleshoot
masuk menu Thoubleshoot
pilih “Advanced Options”
pilih “command Prompt”
ketik :
c:
cd windows
cd system32
ren utilman.exe utilman2.exe
ren cmd.exe utilman.exe>> close window command prompt
- lalu klik “Continue”
- hingga nanti bisa masuk ke login windows lagi
- masuk ke menu “accessibility” (klik icon di kanan bawah)
- ketik net user
- lihat daftar user yg muncul di layar
- net user “LENOVO” *
- tekan enter (password di kosongkan)
- tekan enter (password di kosongkan/retype password)
- Lalu coba masuk ke windows kembali
